Jinxing Intelligent Products Implement the National Three Guarantees Policy:
  • If a performance malfunction occurs within 7 days from the date of sale of the product, consumers can choose to return, exchange, or repair services with the purchase certificate;
  • If a performance malfunction occurs within 15 days from the date of sale of the product, consumers can choose to exchange or repair the product with the purchase certificate;
  • If a performance malfunction occurs during the product warranty period, consumers can enjoy free repair services with valid purchase vouchers.
Note: The conditions for consumers to return within 7 days and exchange within 15 days: If a consumer experiences performance failure during normal use of the product, they must ensure that the product, other accessories inside the packaging, and the inner and outer packaging are in good condition.
